I’m currently mopping up my apartment. Last night there was a huge thunderstorm, biggest I’ve seen here in a long time. I was out for dinner and a wacky play (actually, seven one-acts by Cherry Red Productions, called “Snow White and the Seven Deadly Dwarves”) with Henry Thaggert, so I wasn’t here when the apartment started flooding. But when I got home, there was a quarter inch of water in the living room and den. That turns out to be a lot of water. I’ve mopped up almost twenty gallons so far, and still have a few to go.
