One sometimes-handy tool for this is a Google maps mashup at <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.huge.info\/county.htm\" data-versionurl=\"https:\/\/timcurran.com\/blog\/amber\/cache\/dcbf29876466e3a2dddaead9c8185353\/\" data-versiondate=\"2026-01-09T16:44:59+00:00\" data-amber-behavior=\"\" title=\"Zip code --&gt; county bondaries\" target=\"_blank\">maps.huge.info\/county.htm<\/a>. (Maps.huge.info also has a host of other useful data mapping tools: telephone area code boundaries, zip code boundaries, city boundaries, geocoders and reverse-geocoders) The only shortcoming to maps.huge.info&#8217;s county boundaries is that you must either already know the zip code of the county you&#8217;re looking for, or click in precisely the right location on a map of the U.S.<\/p>\n<p>Another, often easier way to find your county is to use the somewhat under-loved map site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mapquest.com\/\" data-versionurl=\"https:\/\/timcurran.com\/blog\/amber\/cache\/ab0073e14651327a64ce96dcd2e39a71\/\" data-versiondate=\"2026-01-09T16:44:57+00:00\" data-amber-behavior=\"\" title=\"MapQuest\" target=\"_blank\">MapQuest<\/a>.
