So I had my brunch with Mike as scheduled at Dupont Italian Kitchen last Saturday.<\/p>\n
It was very nice, and he’s cute — very<\/i> cute for 40 — and I felt very comfortable with him. He’s a good southern boy who’s spent his whole life in North Carolina. Mike recently relocated to the big city to pursue his love of singing with the gay chorus here, and just to make a change in his life.<\/p>\n
But so far, for some reason I can’t put my finger on, I don’t feel any chemistry or sparks. He’s not fey, and I generally like southern guys… so I’m not sure what the deal is. <\/p>\n
