Fire!

One more bit of excitement from yesterday’s trip to Philly:

On my way back home after dropping of Beauyn, I passed a small fire growing on the shoulder of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway inside the beltway. I screeched to a halt on the shoulder and called 911 on my cell phone. It took a little while to figure out where I was, since I’m not that familiar with the area. I had to creep ahead on the shoulder to get close enough to a highway sign to read it. But eventually I did, and they took the report. I don’t know what happened after that.
